Kumar Kilambi — Product & Strategy

Discovery to prototype
to recommendation.
I work the full problem.

Six years at a venture studio. Now at Haas.
Comfortable in ambiguity, obsessed with getting to the answer.

A Swiss Army knife: technical enough to build the tool, operational enough to run the system, and empathetic enough to know what problem actually needed solving in the first place.

About

I build things to find out if they're worth building.

Six years at a venture studio taught me how to take an idea from question mark to working answer — running discovery, building MVPs, and making the call on whether something is worth pursuing.

I do my best work in the early stages, when the problem isn't fully defined and the answer has to be built. Now at Haas, I'm bringing that instinct to new problems across industries.

Outside of work, I organize multi-sport tournaments, build games for my friends, and occasionally make people laugh on stage.

What I'm looking for

A role at a small but growing company where I can do one-to-100 product work: turning validated ideas into scaled solutions, working closely with customers, and building alongside people who care about the problem as much as the product.
